MEET BRONTE
Hi I’m Bronte, I’ve built a career at the intersection of strategy, finance, infrastructure, and sustainability - guiding high-value projects and advising clients across government and private sectors. From investment strategy to large-scale project delivery, I’ve worked across disciplines and industries, developing a unique commercial lens and a deep understanding of how ambitious professionals thrive in complex environments.
But what’s mattered most has been the people. Throughout my career, I’ve hired, managed, and mentored interns, graduates, and early-career professionals, many of whom have gone on to lead with confidence themselves. These relationships have shown me how much potential exists in the next generation and how often that potential goes unsupported.
That’s why I founded The Guided Guild: to create the space I wish had existed when I was starting out. A place for honest conversations, real-world learning, and generous leadership. Because when emerging talent is properly guided, they don’t just grow, they transform the organisations and industries they’re part of.
